CSHA CHARITABLE TRUST REQUEST FOR SCHOLARSHIP MONIES FORM

It has come to our attention that
some scholarship redemption forms may have been issued with an incorrect
address for the CSHA State Office. If you have won a Horsemastership,
Royalty, SOC Gymkhana, SOC Western or SOC English scholarship, please take note
that your redemption form must be sent to:
